Chamber honors top Christmas light displays

The Christmas light display entries that present such beautiful lights and Christmas cheer each year in Gilchrist County were judged and awarded respective placing in the Gilchrist Chamber of Commerce Christmas light display contest.
The entries in the business, storefront, government, and residential categories were recognized for their hard work and beautiful displays.
Kyle Stone, executive director of the Gilchrist County Chamber of Commerce, presented the awarded winners to the Gilchrist County Journal for publication.
The winners will be honored during the Gilchrist Chamber of Commerce Installation Banquet on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2009.
The banquet will be held in the Trenton Elementary School Cafetorium.
