Vehicles burglarized at Trenton Depot

Ladies from the Springhouse Quilters were enjoying a Christmas party inside the Suwannee Valley Quilt Shoppe in downtown Trenton on Monday evening, when several of their cars were broken into. Two cars parked next to the Trenton Depot were burglarized between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Four purses were stolen, along with cell phones and a GPS. According to Trenton Police Chief Jim Raven, the culprit(s) threw a brick through the car windows to get inside. Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call the Trenton Police Department at 463-4010.
