Literary Parade marches through TES

The students and staff of TES celebrated literature and books on Friday, October 29 with the school’s annual Literary Parade. Classes dressed as characters from favorite books and stories paraded around campus to share the joy of reading. The TES office staff set the tone for the parade by dressing as characters from “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” and classes followed with their favorite characters. Characters from every genre of Literature were seen: Turtles, Angels, Soldiers, Knights in Armor, Pocahontas and other Native Americans, Daniel Boone, Abe Lincoln and firefighters just to name a few. The parade, as usual, was loads of fun!
